Monthly playgroup for kids under 3yrs (feel free to bring friends to check it out too!)....the more the merrier. Our philosophy is to follow the three F's....FOLLOW your child's lead (whether they participate in the activity or not), be FLEXIBLE (come and go and do what you need to meet your and your baby's needs), and have FUN! It is a "facilitated" playgroup so we will often have specific themes and activites designed to reinforce signs around the theme. You can get details around a specific playgroup date from the events calendar. Suggestions for desired themes and activities are also always welcome!!
Please keep in mind that this playgroup is not a substitute for the Baby Signs Programs but is a great supplement and a good opportunity to see infant signing in action, learn a few signs, and meet other signing parents/babies and to talk to them about their experience. Your baby's ability to learn signs depends on MANY variables (which the classes cover in detail) so please come with the primary expection of having fun and networking with others!!
